Back to North Africa and mosques, souks, medinas, ……. and burkes.
Tangiers is a true melting pot and 'choke point' for access into Europe …. because of this it can be likened to Tijuana, Mexico.
It is rough and tough on the edges and yet has beaches, and modern areas all mixed with the grunge and smells of the old town.
All in all an interesting place but strangely enough somewhat more spooky and claustrophobic than our stops in Tunisa. Here we were pushed and hassled on a constant basis .. while in Tunisia we were left alone.
