Well here we are at travelpod and I am writing about the monk chat. It was better then I and Mia thought it would be. Mia and I were dreading it because we well, thought the monks were just people who you could not touch or look straight in the eye. We learned they are forbidden to do certain stuff, like the freedom to run, do sports or go out of town. And they always have to wear the orange or gold robes. One monk's family was too poor to support him, so he had to train to be a monk at ten years of age. I liked our two monks. They said they became monks because they wanted to be happy and calm. When I asked, "What is it like in meditation?", one monk (Tong) said it's like being in the present. You just sit and not think about anything else.
