We decided to hire bicycles and cycle to the main village and maybe a little more...we left at 10am and arrived back at 17pm - exhausted!!!  But what an epic day!  We cycled from Toyapakeh along the coast and then up and up and up to Tanglad.  We hadn't planned at all to cycle as much as we did and ran out of water in the dangerous midday heat.  So by the time we reached a shop in Tanglad and gulped our way through a liter of water each in about 1 minute we, sensibly (although we both didn't really want to be sensible) decided to go back the route we knew which apparently was easier then the uphill climb if we had continued!  What a truly amazing day filled with adventure!  On our way back we got caught up in a funeral cremation on the coastline which was very interesting.  Then we passed a soccer game and joined in which was great fun, for us and the locals!  Everyone had camera's out taking photo's of the two white women playing soccer barefoot with the local children!  Hilarious!  And those boys were good!  Shoo!  :)  And to top off an awesome day we rode home in the rain, a lovely cooling relief from the heat of the day.  Magical!!!  I remember at one point thinking on a yoga lesson from Kawi at the Ashram where he said take a deep breath in and when you breath out imagine you are breathing out any unhappiness.  I tried this while cycling and when it was time to breath out I realised there was nothing unhappy to breath out!!!  Sheer happiness!!!  :)
