Being back at the Ashram was wonderful but an opportunity came up I didn’t want to miss. Whilst in Ubud I had met a guy who worked for a project Friends of Nature and they had a very interesting project running on an island off the coast of Bali - Nusa Penida. He had told me all about the island and I wanted to go stay at the project’s guesthouse and see what was happening there. So on my returning to the Ashram it seem like fate had struck when 2 of the Ashram guests I knew from before I went to Ubud mentioned wanting to go to the island and that they knew of someone who could organise us a boat across, the next day. So this would be my last full day at the Ashram and I spent it hanging out with everyone and just soaking up the beauty.
