Nothing like having to wake up at 04:15 for a 06:00 flight. Not so much a big deal for me cause I'm usually up early anyways. Can't thank my PJ buddies for picking me up at 05:00 to bring me to the airport. You ladies ROCK!!!

Got onboard and had to wait for de-icing cause the truck broke. Didn't bother me at all cause I had a 3+ hour layover in Calgary. Opened UpHere and started reading which seemed to be a switch for my eyes to get really sleepy. Awesome, should have a good rest on this flight....make up for the 3 hours sleep the night before.

Another delay leaving Calgary due to more de-icing. Goes on blue and turns orange shortly afterwards, who knew!!! At this point I'm hoping Gail checked the flight info online so she and Claude didn't arrive too early.

Smooth flight, watched a couple of documentaries then managed a couple hours of shut eye!!
