In the northern part of the Parque Nacional Los Glaciares are the Fitz Roy Mountains.

I caught the bus to El Chalten and hiked into the hills from there. Compared to Torres del Paine this was a relatively easy hike. First stop was the frozen Luguna Capri and then I continued on to Sendero Madre e Higo which provided ppectacular views of the Fitz Roy mountains. Later in the day I walked out to the thundering Chorrillo del Salto (waterfall).
