My family has a summer house in New York, I try to go there every summer. Last summer I was there for the forth of July. It was great, my family started everyday some sort of outdoor activity like jumping off of a water fall, or swiming in the lake. Then we would meet up at 4:00 for happy hour (for 2 hours). The drink of choice was a trifecta: 1/3vodka, 1/3 orange juice, and 1/3 tonic with a squeeze of lime and a sprig of mint. Then we would have a full on 3 course italian dinner with about 20 people. After dinner it was back to the lake for aanother swim. We would end the day at the camp site drinking with all of my mom, aunt, and uncle's friends who have been camping there every summer since they were teenagers. Sometimes a joint would get passed around, after the kids were in bed, and we would usually drink and listen to stories from ages ago when my parents were kids. I've been all over the world, and
Wells will always be that special place I will always return.
