I've just come back to the hostel after appx. 5 hours of wandering. After an excellent hostel-provided breakfast (from what I've been told, it'll all be downhill from here), I walked through Dublin, visiting Trinity College and St. Stephen's Green.

I'm still adjusting to the whole 'not being busy' thing. A number of times today I've had to remind myself to slow down, there's no rush. I really do have all the time I want. This will certainly be a recurring theme.

Went out to the George last night and came back here around 3.00a. Think I'll go back tonight. I must say, cover here is quite expensive. At 8€ for a Thursday night, it's steep. They were hosting a singing competition with 3 excellent contestants, though. One of them sang a pitch-perfect rendition of "Mercy" by Duffy. The two guys who won were incredible, though. One of the guys, Rian, I think, sang "Your Song" and it gave me chills.

Trinity College was beautiful. Made me wish we had architecture like it. I bought some food at Tesco's and had a little picnic lunch, too. While there, I stumbled on a high school band playing outside and listened to them for a while. After they'd finished, though, a couple really young guys set up their band and after playing through "Welcome to the Jungle," were kicked out by security.

Anyway, since I've been on my feet all day and definitely did not get enough sleep, I'm going to grab a quick nap before supper. If I can find an internet café that will let me upload pics, you'll see a little bit of my adventures.
