Then we traveled south to El Nido - an 8-hour bus ride which we strategically cut into 5 hours by taking a passenger van from the terminal and transferred to a bus(which took off a couple hours earlier), in the middle of the way. It was more convenient coz the bus wasnt a very fun and relaxing ride. I just hope tourism would do something about the road to El Nido. nevertheless, the long ride was worth it! see pictures for more...

El Nido is the jumpoff point to several islands scattered like stars on the ocean.
Accomodation here is not very pocket-friendly but then again, its all worth it. Another down side is the limited electricity in the area. i think power is on only from 3pm till 6am, so its best to plan out your day so you wont get stuck in your dark room -- good thing, El Nido has a lot in store for you.
We stayed at the Marina Garden Beach Resort, and the staff were friendly and accomodating. They also helped us get a good bargain on our ride back to P.P. Instead of taking a bus back, we rode on their private van for only P1,000 per head. They had to pick up some guests who just arrived in P.P., so they offered us a ride for a much lower price. Take note that usual van rental from P.P. to El Nido and v.v. would range from P7,000 to P10,000.

We had another set of island hopping adventure, which was way better than that at Honda Bay. We also had mountain trekking to see waterfalls and hot spring.
Simply a one of a kind experience in this small paradise.
