This airport is amazing, it's like being down the West End but cheaper and so full of people. It's the most bizarre place I have ever been to...so far anyway who knows what the rest of today is going to bring. So far the journey has been really good. Jess came with me to the station and there were no tears which was surprising for me. The train journey was good, had my first piece of flap jack on the train with a cuppa (UKHO friends will get that). Blimey my case is heavy tho (28kg) having to drag that up the steps at Clapham Junction nearly killed me; even with Chris's weight training!!!! Then after getting rid of it I wandered around Gatwick Airport for a bit until going to the Airport Lounge for a couple of wines. The flight was good and so was James Bond. Didn't get much sleep so hopefully I'll get some on the next flight; am looking a bit of a wreck at the minute. Anyway I will update again when I get to the Bangkok hotel.
