After getting to the Bus Terminal in Porto Alegre I found out that there were no places on the bus that day or the day after and that I would have to stay two nights in Porto Alegre before I could leave to go to Buenos Aires. I wasn't very impressed with Porto Alegre not least because I had to stay in a cheap hotel on account of there being no hostels, but also because there was not much to do at all. I did manage to buy another pair of havaianas but apart from that got pretty bored of the place very quickly.
However on my departure from Brasil waiting in the bus terminal I met this gorgeous Brasilian girl who unfortunately was 16 years old. She was travelling to Buenos Aires with her mother and brother for a vacation and neither of us could deny there was instant attraction and connection between us. As the seat next to me was vacant she asked if I minded her sitting next to me for the trip. Now whilst I'm against involving myself with women under 26 years old, I could not say no to her request and the bus trip to Buenos Aires was definitely an enjoyable and incredible experience!
