This morning I moved onto the town of Noosa, which is just a little further up the Sunshine coast. I did something I have been putting off for ages and popped into a booking agency across the road from the hostel and spent a small fortune booking my two big activities for the East Coast. I booked onto a 3 day tour to Fraser Island which leaves from Noosa on Saturday. I also booked a sailing trip to the Whitsunday Islands, which is 3 days and 3 nights leaving from Airlie Beach. It goes as far as the outer Barrier reef and there are plenty of opportunities to do snorkeling and introductory dives.
I spent the afternoon having a wander around Noosa, which is actually divided into four towns a short walk from each other. Tomorrow I plan on getting out to Noosa National Park to do some of the walks around there-providing the weather is OK.
