We didn't really get to do much in Florence. We ate lunch at a little restaurant, then waited in line for a lovely four hours to see David at the Accademia. Yes it was 95 degrees outside and no shade, but we did it and it was worth it in the end. Nest time we will plan ahead and make reservations or make sure that anyone we know that is going does that. After that we went and ate dinner at a little restaurant that was recommended by the book that we have, and it was really good. We walked over this bridge with shops all along it and watched the sunset, then went back to our hotel. We were very tired from standing in the sun all day long. We left the next morning for Milan.
