Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin

Finally! We're where we're supposed to be unwinding for the next 4 days; not really possible in 4 days but it will be nice to try. We are in beautiful Sturgeon Bay in Door County Wisconsin (Google it because I don't have time to give you the entire run down). We're staying at the wonderful Bay Shore Inn (again, Google it if you want more details).
I can't wait to hit the pool... or the beach... which ever is best suited for the weather. Oh, and the drive? Not too bad really. Made one pit stop north of Milwaukee to change a diaper and get a snack. Collin took two naps and is probably happier than either of us to be out of the car, after all, he's the only one strapped in with a 5 point harness and not even a pit crew or fire suit for his trouble.
Although, I'm pretty sure he enjoyed the drive up from Manitowoc/Two Rivers/Algoma with the amazing view of the lake right out his window and the cool breeze off the water. I always forget how beautiful this area is during the summer. I've always felt I could make a home here if the jobs weren't so tough.
