We helped Abby get settled and took her on an initial shopping trip to the nearest Ikea, which is in Malmo and happens to be the world's second largest Ikea store. The rooms don't come with linens so she needed bedding and towels along with a few items she didn't bring.

They told us not to expect to ship her anything because the shipping costs are extremely high, so she will be living a little on the lean side, which was challenging because she'll be there for the start of winter so much of the space in her luggage was taken over with bulky winter clothes.

We had rainy weather pretty much the entire time in Lund, which will also take some getting used to for Abby. In California we are amazed if we get any rain between May and October.
