May 11. Time to say arrivederci to Italy & head for home back in Tokyo. Malpensa airport is about a one-hour car ride from the city - just about like here in Tokyo to Narita airport, but getting there by taxi or limo is about half the price of Tokyo. From Milan we transited through Copenhagen. Wow! Talk about a nice airport! I think it's the first airport I've ever seen that has wood parquet floors - very nice - and super wide corridors. The duty free shopping area is also very large. It's certainly an easy place to spend a couple of hours between flights.
