We went to the Mangalica Festival of Budapest on Saturday night.  It was full of small vendors, traditional Hungarian food, and live music.  We tried some amazing meat, one a sausage and the other we aren't sure of, but it was good!  We also bought some fancy looking desserts that tasted weird, not our type of sweets.  Then we tried the traditional kind of dessert called marzipan, absolutely disgusting!  Hard to describe, but it was green and chalky tasting, they tried to describe it as frosting.  Then we had to get some normal food, corn on the cob, yummy!!!!  Lastly, we got an incredible bread that was smothered in cinnamon.  It was made right in front of us, and was hot when served!!!

Next, we went to the Budapest Zoo.  We saw the usual animals that are typically in zoo's.  We saw a seal performance, as well as 2 Gorilla's gettin it on!!!  It was nice weather to walk around and feel like a kid again.  We both hadn't been to a zoo in years.

For one of Jamie's Birthday Celebrations, we went to a very nice traditional Hungarian restaurant.  Service was very good, we got pampered!! Josh has the Beef Tenderloin with Goose Liver and a potato and egg side, and Jamie got Pork Chops with some weird flat bread thing wit green leafs on the side.  They were both very good, Josh's goose liver was very different. The dessert that came with Josh's meal tasted like dog food, can even describe it.

Lastly, we went to a Hungarian bathhouse for Jamie's Birthday.  It was so relaxing.  Jamie got a Thai massage, along with a anti-aging therapeutic wrap.  Josh got a Lava-Stone Massage.  Both were different, and we highly enjoyed them.  There were 3 pools (baths), each one with a different temperature.  Also, there were saunas, steam room, spa, fitness center.  The center offered several other massage and wrap treatments.  We are sad to leave Hungary.
