stood in foreigners line ,... was shooed away to srilankan line because of our looks i suppose!
paid just 50 lkr for entry tickets ! other 2 jokers paid foreigners ticket of 1200 per head
climbed up the rock.. took pics from the 3.2 mp phone camera of sathish.
came back to hotel .. bought rice for 250 along with fish ate it took bus to colombo..
took bus to negombo only tpo find all hotels closed...
bought muscoth halwa.. ate for 325 lkr.. and after a long wait and jumping buses reached airport and slept for abt 2 hrs!
took 4 0 clock flight to chennai! 4:05 flight was delayed by 3 hrs! ours took off 5 min early and dropped us in chennai by 4:55... reached home by seven after breakfast in a idli shop in guindy
total cost for both of us 38000 INR
