We had a long drive from Noosa up to our next stop which is the Whitsundays. We can't drive at night because kangaroos take over the road after the sun goes down, so we decided to stop off around Gladstone, although we think the town was called Tween Sands. We ended hanging out with some Aussie hillbillies and had kind of a fun night... in a Deliverance-y kind of way. They stayed up much longer than we did because we had a lot of driving to do the next day, but it was an interesting one night. More to come when we finally make it to Airlie Beach.
