Where I stayed
Milan was a short stop that we made on our way into Southern Europe. The city didn't have much to offer other than the beautiful Duomo Cathedral. The Duomo was an amazing cathedral in the center of Milan. We went about five hours each direction out of our way to get there just to see it. It was well worth the trip, for it was one of the most unique cathedrals that we have seen so far. So much time and thought must have gone into the construction and architecture cathedrals such as these. It took over 600 years to complete this masterpiece, so needless to say, it was something that could not be missed on our excellent adventure! Next we are off to Nice, which is in the deep-south of France. Maybe I will get the chance to play some banjy with some confederate Frenchies... or hang out on the beaches and drink some French beer (AKA wine).
