Where I stayed
Josh and I arrived in Munich tired and thirsty. Our thirst led us to the nearest beer garden which in turn led to us meeting Manford. Manford was a very drunk yet happy go lucky bartender with lots to say. We indulged him till late in the evening. Needless to say our 11:30 bike tour got postponed till late afternoon:) This would have been well and good if the weather would have cooperated but instead it thundered and rained through the 4 hour tour. Check out our cool body condoms! Mike's bikes and our guide Freddie made it an enjoyable if wet experience. We saw all the sites of Munich and also got to ride through the English Garden which is 4 times the size of Central Park! Inside the garden we hung out at the Chinese Tower (the second largest beer garden in the world) and saw locals surfing the waves made by a dam in the river (video to come soon). The most interesting site was the inside of the church which had the most intricate stone detail I've ever seen. Next we are headed to Zurich, Switzerland to check out the Alps, etc.
