Caranbirini Conservation Reserve is just an hour out of Borroloola. This place, I'm told, is the little sister to a similar, but much larger park called "The Lost City".

We just spent an hour here. A nice place for a pit-stop. Sure beats road-side rest bays.

Like a lot of these places, sunrise and sun set seem to be the best times to visits. We were there at midday, but it was still spectacular and it has made me want to see the Lost City. You can take helicopter rides there... that would be cool.
