Today I went to maggies school and her students asked me questions, questions such as "Do you like Shantou girls?" or " what exactly is your relationship with maggie" rasing eyebrows. Good times.

Later that day we ate another amazing lunch with some of maggies friends (maggie has alot of friends) and she set up me to go on a scooter ride with her Taekwondo instructor.

We had a great time racing through the crazy crazy chinese streets on a lil scooter, several times i closed my eyes and hoped I would survive the next few seconds. Luckily I did.

We went down to the old town which is literally falling apart but the architecture is really interesting its a shame it'll all've crumbled in a few years. It was a little insight into old chinese city life, the building interestingly reminiscent (I thought) of Zagreb.

Anyway we scootered hither and we scootered thither, eventually he bought me some local snacks which were nice. Then we went to a tea shop and tasted many a variety of tea until I needed to pee. White, red, green, black all different tasting (our tea is red tea). Some tea is really nice, he told me to pick my favourite so he could buy me some. How nice! After that we bought some beef balls which are the local speciality (known throughout China) and ate them back home with Maggie. I made another friend, afterall thats what lifes about isnt it? good times.

Later that night me and maggie went to a suprise party for someone I didnt know. Its probably the hardest party to go to if you dont know the main person, because the person walks in and you go "SUPRISE HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and they'd go "yey! but who are you!" as it happened I kept quiet so not to draw attention to my non-knowing self, thankfully there were a few others who didnt know the birthday girl as well as non-knowing me.

I knew a few of the people there so I had a good time, we only stayed an hour cos maggie was tired, so was i actually. I know alot of people now in a lot of countries. Thats nice.
