Today we took a trip to the city of Plzen which is home to the Pilsner Urquell beer, the most common and tasty beer that the Czech Republic has to offer. We also explored town with the help of our tour guide. It was a very quaint town that had very nice architecture. Also located in this town, which is about 45 minutes outside of Prague, is the third largest synagogue in the world. This was very cool to see. Plzen the only large Czech town liberated by the US troops at the end of WW2.
