Today was a driving day from Kamloops to the Rocky Mountains and Jasper National Park. The scenery became more dramatic as we got closer to the Rockies but the highlight of the day was spotting three bears trotting along a railway line next to the highway.
It looked like a mother and her two large cubs all trooping along in a line. We did a couple of u-turns to get a better look but they soon disappeared into the forest. We didn't have the camera handy (typical) so you'll have to take our word for it. Although to be honest I don't think we could quite bear-lieve it ourselves!

Hoping for more wildlife sightings in Jasper NP.
