Hello all! just writing to you all from Panera Bread in Minnesota! Also writing to you on my brand new Kindle Fire HD that my husband bought me as an early birthday gift! He is the best!! ;) So blessed to be married to him. Ok I'll stop with the mushiness... so Jonathan and I have had this week off and it's been great!!;We have gone to the Mall of America twice this week. The first day we visited the food court and just looked around. On the way to H & M , I got distracted by Barnes & Noble so we stopped into Starbucks where Jon read a book about cars and I read the true story of the movie "The Vow" which I highly suggest!!! It was an amazing story that made me tear up every two pages. Still recommended. Our second trip to the mall we visited the aquarium. Our highlights were watching the giant sea turtles and sharks swim above us in a tunnel! The turtles were truly amazing. One of our other favorite sea creatures were seahorses!! This aquarium had many different kind from large to the size of an ant! So cool!! Before the aquarium we had lunch at a place we had seen on The Food Network called The 5-8 Club. This place is famous for its 1/2 pound "Juicy Lucy" which is two burgers stuffed with cheese. I got mine with american, Jon had bleu cheese. We both agreed the american cheese stuffed one tasted better. We rounded out our day with a trip to Ikea which I had never been to. It was fun for us to look at home items and dream about when we would have a home of our own. That's all for now I am off to read a book..on my Kindle of course!
