Where I stayed
After catching the red eye special, I arrived at my hotel by 9am. Dropped off my bags and headed straight out for the Chinese Gardens and the Bonsai display. Although the gardens are quite nice the Bonsai were a bit of a disappointment, poorly styled and badly maintained.
Then I headed on to the biggest activity in Singapore, shopping, and shopping to me means scouring the antique shops for something nice to fit into my collection.
By 2pm fatigue had set in so I wet back to the hotel & slept until 6. Then set off to Chinatown for some street market shopping and dinner. Then I headed round to Clarke quay to watch the electric glider kites at Riverside Point. These are sold by GoFlyKite for S$6-800.
Day 2
Still some time in Singapore before I fly onto Delhi so I had a good look round "Little India" and "Little Arabia" did some more shopping and vedged out a bit.
