This national park is the most beautiful place I've ever been too. Big statement, but so true. Azure blue lakes, gushing waterfalls at every turn, water so clear the thousands of swarming fish look as if they are suspended in thin air. I had tears in my eyes at the beauty of this national park. I'd seen pictures but I didn't think it possible that water that blue existed. If anyone ever gets the chance to go to Croatia, do yourself a favour and go to Plitvice. There's not much more to say except that it took my breath away.
