This morning we turned the car in and checked-in for our flight to Cincinnati. I couldn't help hoping we'd be upgraded again - one doesn't get quickly accustomed to it - but it was not to be this time. The flight was around eight hours long, and the hours spent on the last flight home are always the longest. Bernard's wife Linda and their son Jeremy, and my wife Marjolaine were at the airport to meet us. It was wonderful to see them. Another trip done - and we're home safely.
In a day or two I'll have to finalize the plans for my next trip, which will start in the last few days of September. I plan to head back to Africa to visit countries I could not visit on this last trip: probably Congo, Burundi and Rwanda with one or two transits through Kenya, before going on to France for our annual Church festival. Thanks very much for following along on this trip and for your encouragement and prayers on our behalf.
