That morning we awoke beside an olive grove in the hills, enjoying another quiet night away from civilization. Our new destination: Ronda.

Along the way we passed some crazy vistas in the mountains, overlooking huge catchment areas. The land changes so frequently in Spain.

Ronda is this epic two part town which is high on a plateau, but divided down the middle by a sheer gap gorge, some 200M deep! They had a beautiful stone bridge that connected the sides. Once again it was the old story of Christians building on top of Moorish foundations, but apart from that and the bridge, they had a huge bull fighting arena up the top where they stab and kill the animal. Pretty gory. There were lots of holiday makers there, soaking in the heat, probably hanging out and pining for the next public animal execution.

We however, ate our packed lunch on the cliff and looted some wifi from an unsuspecting business nearby.
