Up super early to start our adventure. Mum & Dad, Layton & Jessie came to the airport to farewell us. Tired & anxious despite a luxurious night in the Swissotel in the CBD. Dinner was epic up in the Centre-Point Tower 360 restaurant overlooking an amazing view of Sydney at sunset. Truffle was an exciting revelation for Joel.

Earlier in the day had us spending quality time with our best friends Layts & Jess looking at the Archibald prize at the Sydney Art Gallery. One last taste of rich Australian culture before we leave.

Through many a tear (mainly from Jena) we bid adieu and went to board out awaiting carriage.
