So the first leg of my world journey started yesterday as Joe and I said goodbye to Edmonton and took flight to Montreal. We now find ourselves in the beautiful suburb of Boucherville, staying at the "Hoteli Miceli". The people here are great as they make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door! After seven courses of delicious home cooked carbs, we all retired to the common room to cheer on the Yankees as they came back to defeat the Twins. The perfect ending to a somewhat stressful day!

Thanks to all those in Edmonton for the well wishes and especially to those who are taking care of some of the loose ends left behind... muah and see ya in 2011!
