Itīs well humid and about the only thing to see in this town is the ramshackle market where you can snack on barbecued worms (no thanks, think Iīll wait for dinner) or taste the local saliva embellished brew... One little girl was so shocked by the sight of Gordon that se went running up to her Mum shouting "Mummy, Mummy, a Gringo look a Gringo!" Bless.
Still, to be on the brink of our Amazon adventure feels very exciting indeed.
