This is the second of three entries for our New York visit this spring.  It has taken this long to write because we have had a poor Internet connection for a month or more along with having a ton of fun in the sun.

Having family with beautiful homes, flat driveways and loving arms sure makes life sweet.  Pat is the father of my sons, Zachariah and Mercury.  Linda is his wife and our friend of many years.  They have built themselves a fabulous life in Katonah with Linda's Mom, Theresa.  It is always our pleasure to be with them for some of the time we have while in NY.

Linda, Theresa and I drove to New Jersey to visit with her niece (Theresa's granddaughter) Kimberly and husband Jeremy.  They are living in a fabulous, historic home as they are over-the-top busy with their twin sons, Jack and Levi.  Healthy and growing by leaps and bounds these little guys take all their attention, time and energy.  Kimberly is doing a super job adjusting to motherhood from her previous life as a lawyer.  Together these two will do it all, I have no doubt. It was a treat to visit with them and hold those gorgeous boys!!

I was a cook at the Baker's Cafe' back in the 90's and got to work with some of the most important friends of my life.  The Cafe' allowed me to express myself in ways I never thought possible.  It was a treat for me to catch up with a few of those women I worked with back then.  The Cafe' is gone now but the women live on to influence me to be the best I can be.  So good to catch up!  and get to meet Angela's husband!!  (see pix)

Getting together with Andy's family both in Katonah and in White Plains at Betsy and Ric's house is always fun and delicious!  Betsy and the cousins put on a spread to be admired!  We all talked the day away keeping the love and connection flowing.  We are blessed to have such wonderful family, willing to travel and cook and spend time with each other.  The day was glorious to compliment the family and meal.  It all went by too fast.......

Andy bar-tended at a Mt.Kisco Health Club, building a great group of friends during those years.  Tracy remained a close friend after the bar-tending years gave way to more serious ventures for them both.  She is raising two of the most wonderful kids!  We got to park Crazy Fish right in their driveway and share homemade pizza, Indian cuisine, and baseball!  We got to enter their busy busy lives for a short while getting a taste of life in Tracy's World.  Fun and inspiring!
