Where I stayed
Sally's guesthouse (Snowland)
Tagong, the real tibet on the China's side. A small village in the middle of the hills, totally stripped of modern civilization. Ok, it’s not that’s totally stripped since you have some cars, vans, solar panels but, at least someone could have not shut down the water and electricity during my stay around. It’s not an excuse saying that there was some land slide that tackled some main post down and now there’s not forecast on when will they fix the problem. So, I was back to Mongolia except with less water and electricity. Apart from that, this place is amazingly beautiful, really good for some horse riding and to stay at a nomadic family in the mountains, sleeping in a tent with some dozens of yaks.
The weather was not good all the time, so the decision was to inhale the freshness of that place and seize the stay right there. Lots of trekking options and monasteries to see in the surroundings. And ideal to take some days off, to rest, to relax, to chill out, to chillex!
