Well December has been great. There is a really cool crowd in the pink house and most people stayed for Christmas and new year which was cool. In fact so much happened im going to split this into the different sections hopefully in some sort of order?!?
Our first big event of December was going to see the Foo Fighters on the 2nd. We decided to treat ourselves and call it our anniversary pressi to each other. The Kaiser Chiefs were supporting and I was surprised at how many of their songs I knew. The foos were amazing. There was only 1 song I didn't know and I had lost my voice by the end of it.
The next day (the 3rd) was a hostel outing, a group of about 20 went to play paintball. It was so much fun, painful but fun. We all got kitted out in our very sexy camouflage overalls. We played about 5 different games. Most were to kill the other team or to get their flag. It was quite painful when you got hit esp if it was on a bare bit of skin, like your hand. One of my favourite games was a sniper game. One team ran and hit in the bushes while the other team turned their backs. Then we had to go and find them, but they were shooting
from their hiding places as well. It was great. I was so scared when I was hiding. We had decided that some of us would hide while others would protect us. (you were scored by the
amount of alive people at the end) this way the hidden should survive and not have to give their hiding places away. I was convinced someone would find me and in their shock shoot me at close range which is very painful. But no-one did and we won that game. In the last game I got hit in the neck right by my windpipe and at quite close range. It really hurt and I cried. Im such a girl! The bruises people had were spectacular. Chris had a triangle of hits around his nipple and Miranda who has really sensitive skin came up in hundreds of huge black ones. It was a great day but next time I play its gonna have to be cold so I can pile on the layers for protection.
