Well a short story today, we went to Malaga Market to get our produce before we picked up Katie and Chris. Everything was checked off the list except peppers, Tony wanted piquant, a little hot. Our vendor said "are you a man" as he pumped ,up his chest and muscled his arms, what was Tony going to respond - YES, we came home with one quarter kilo of scotch bonnet peppers! WOW! Needless to say, one of those peppers will carry us through the rest of our stay!

The Easter activities are in full swing with parades everyday, sometimes more than once a day depending on the community so the city was very busy. We will take in the parade at Coin on Good Friday!

Kate and Chris arrived, no complications! Like every other North American traveller, their luggage did not arrive off the carousel so they were directed to another as they had to go through "customs", no problem off they went, picked up their luggage and were waved through, no passport check, Nothing. Deb and Mike had the same experience. Easy, why the difference. They must have great faith in Canadians......what are they looking for?

After a visit, a catch up with anything that was happening with home, a comfort meal of Pasta, everyone tucked in, tomorrow will be another lay in day to get rid of the jet lag.

Take care all,

Janie

Glad to hear they have arrived! Have a wonderful time together and we shall try to do a good job as stand in GPs here.
Happy Easter! I have a feeling you are going to be hunting for parking, not eggs.
