The story continues! We took a great walk through the town today. The churches were very busy with baptisms and first communions. A soft rain fell but the sun returned and we BBQ'd a great Irish meal, leg of lamb, roasted potatoes and fresh peas.

Our first course were avocados picked off the tree, tomatoes fresh from a garden, spring onions, fresh herbs. We enjoyed our dinner, played cards. Tony is happy to have a Euchre partner. The Provans are well rested, we had a lot of laughs. Tomorrow we will head to Gibraltar, remember to bring our passports and our credit cards as we need British pounds, no euros are accepted in Gibraltar.

Mike will take over my navigation role which I was thrilled about until our walk yesterday! When Mike and I were climbing up a rather steep incline he told me he could not distinguish between the greys in the stone work on the steps and the roadway. Apparently he has had difficulty since his eye operation (detached retina). He assures me that the other eye works really well. SO I am allowing ol' one eye, the opportunity to be put through the test tomorrow.

Talk after Gibraltar!

Jane and Tony: Consider taking Mike and Debbie across to Morocco. Once over there his eysight will be the least of his concerns. Have fun you guys.

Also note Mike can't see the colour brown, especially at night! So someone else has to watch for deer! But he is a pretty good navigator! Glad to know everyone is having a great time!
