We managed to get a bit more organized today and head off to the town by 12:30, guess what we missed our turn again, so we came back to the house two more times and now we have it right! We are feeling more confident now! And we are feeling rather proud of ourselves! Apparently you do not count on a GPS over here on these roads.

The weather is very pleasant, 22* approx., no coats, sweater though is necessary unless you sit directly in the sun. The skies are clear and then it will rain, just a bit, stop and the sun appears again. One side of us there are mountains, the other the sea!

Our villa has four bedrooms, two baths, full kitchen, dining room, laundry facilities, fireplace and a pool. The villa is bright! Though cooler inside, when you open the doors the outside warmth comes in, heating is sufficient for us and at night we are lighting a fire which is nice. The terrazzo floors are cool, would be great for the summer heat! The yard is beautiful, orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit, avocado, and fig trees, along with others just starting to bloom. I have attached a photo of this mornings harvest.

We had lunch outside at 3:00, still adjusting a bit to the time change. John Follis we were thinking of you, you would have loved the wine, 1.40 euros, it was a very good rosé. Food is inexpensive, we are amazed.

You will receive these hopefully in order, but Internet sometimes plays tricks on us. It is great to have, to communicate, but there is a delay in sending at times.

Tony is at the BBQ tonight so I will send some photos of the outside later.

Love to all,

Janie
