We are so excited about all the things that have been happening the last couple weeks. Jon and Dave (founder of Within Reach Global), have been working on the "missions hub" website idea, and have made a lot of progress with the designer and programer. Now officially called the "1040Hub" it will focus primarily on ministries, organizations, and individuals who are strategically reaching the unreached people groups of the 1040 Window. The 1040Hub will feature blogs, projects, and media from all the different partners in many different countries giving them exposure. Many of these organizations lack means to show what they are actually doing, or they are so small that no one knows anything about them. The 1040Hub will give them the chance to show their blogs, increase their financial support, and connect with other ministries worldwide.

Jon is also working on all the logistics for a design and website development company that works primarily some of the local Filipinos

. Three companies have contacted Dave and would like to support his ministry by giving him projects that they don't have time for. Dave cannot do this alone, or with his current non-profit, so Jon will act essentially as a project manager of a design and development firm. This will help the locals as they will be payed more from outsourced US work and a portion will also be donated to Within Reach Global. Also, 2 out of the 3 companies are from Texas, which will make it easier to keep the relationship growing between the Philippines team and the US team. We are excited to continue to go back and forth between the US and Philippians and support WRG.

On another note, we went back to the Orphanage this week. It was such a joy to play, play, and play with our new friends. Jon played dodgeball with the older kids for hours. I held and tickled the little ones, while dodging the ball. Also I pulled out the camera and some of the older girls took advantage and modeled. They giggled and laughed as they saw themselves on the camera screen. It was a loooooong photo shoot. We plan on developing the photos and bringing them for the girls, it would make them so happy.

On Sunday we are heading to an Island called Boracay. We will be joining 12 underground Chinese pastors will be there training with WRG. It is going to be incredible to learn from their wisdom and hear their stories. Of course, laying on a white sand beach and swimming in crystal blue water will be extraordinary too! It is unbelievable that its already February, time is flying by! We have a busy month ahead and look forward to blogging about our adventures.
