Other than the paperwork, the trash, the intestinal distress, and the honking I think I like India. The people seem very savvy, both in tune with Eastern and Western ways of getting things done and thinking. They're extremely polite and so far I've not had any more touts than I experience in China or Africa or even San Francisco or NY, for that matter.
Haven't done a whole lot in Calcutta, yet, except pry black boogars out of my nose after the all night bus ride from Siliguri. We ended up skipping the rhino park outside of Siliguri because it just wasn't working out and I was worried about getting to a Malaysia Airlines office in Delhi before November 30. Originally I booked myself a ticket to fly from Bombay to Australia on November 30 but that isn't going to happen now.

Florida to India
Last year I think you spent Thanksgiving in FL before joining us in AL and now India. I had fun tonight catching up on your travels. We have had Stoufflets this weekend. Had fun watching Miles squeeze an naval orange at Mexican restaurant tonight!
