Good Morning -  It was a long night last night....due to the fact that it was after 4 a.m. before we were able to fall asleep.  Therefore, we slept until about 10:30 a.m. and were out just in time for lunch.  We decided to eat at some of the various food markets along Orchard Road while shopping in the meantime.  There are some wonderful department stores and in the lower level they all have various food markets and hawker stands.  We had many different satays throughout the day - they were all wonderful.  We had some sweet potatoes and yams (two different things here) we sampled some different nuts and seeds - Jim had some sea kelp - and we washed it down with some great limeade! 
We made it down to the Hard Rock Cafe - Sharon and Christoph - we got the shot glass! We also found a 'prise' there for Will....maybe you can find it in the photos Will.  They had a really cool staircase lined with guitars - and I took a photo of Bahdee on this staircase.
I found a cable for the camera so you will all have photos to look at today.
Jim is 'resting his eyes' now and then we are heading out - down to Clarke Quay.  I will finish updating this one after we return for dinner tonight - some of the photos will be posted now though.
**Update....the bed won out last night....the nap turned into sleep for the night - maybe tomorrow we will be on a more normal schedule**

Food
Hi - it isn't fair to make us look at all that good food - maybe I should give you a poor rating today?! It really looks nice and we enjoy the photos. I don't know if you sent the TravelPod or not - it hasn't appeared in my inbox, I was just going to look at yesterday's again and found it. Hope you are sleeping better now.

On The Road to Singapore!
Hi,
Again we are enjoying your sights right along with you. Beautiful pictures, Steph. The food looks so good. I'm sure you were surprised to see gelato on Orchard Road. Could it possibly be as delicious as what Rome had to offer? Accommodations look luxurious and comfortable Signs in English make getting around much easier and spending money so much more convient! I noticed Cartier and wondered what bobble you are taking home with you? Enjoyed the street art - beautiful.

Recovery
Hello! I just wanted to give you an update on Mark. He is doing very well and will probably be out for two to three weeks before he can really get around. They had to do a very extensive surgery, but they got he knee nice & straight.

I am enjoying reading about your trip and I love the pictures. Mark is just reading along on my e-mail that is why I did not send you his address.
