From one of the largest Greek Islands, Rhodes - to one of the smallest - Mykonos - where Hercules slew the Giants is where we will spend the day today.

In Athens, Greece they are protesting today - airports are closed - public transportation - schools - etc - we were hoping that it would not carry over to Mykonos and it appears that everything is going to be operating here today.

The first view of whitewashed houses and scattering of windmills on the hills of Mykonos are very picturesque.   The waters of the Agean Sea are dark blue and the contrast is amazing.  The air is cool but the sun is shining bright.

We walk around the town - through the maze of streets - which were designed this way to keep would be attackers from the town.  It seems confusing at first - but then it seems that all of the streets eventually lead back to the main ones.

We found a little Gyro shop and had a gyro, some feta, tzatziki and of course some Mythos beer for Jim.

We walked that meal off - up and down the hills and streets around town and then decided to head back to the ship.
