An early start turned into a late start because I took an excruciatingly long time overloading, tying bits on, tightening nuts, adjusting things on the aluminum wheeler. Realizing I had a grueling climb out of Zakopane and Poland itself I thought it wise to procure some energy. Unfortunately Poland isn't in euroland and nobody seemed willing to help me out.
Too touristy, too many signs, I departed to face my uphill struggle with water and a bag of pumpkin seeds (in their shells!!!!).
After about 12 km of pain I stopped and searched for mushrooms, they where in abundance but I couldn't positively identify them despite my SAS survivors handbook.
After cycling up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up I reached the top and screamed all the way down back into Slovakia in a flash. I stopped at the first shop and purchased and scoffed their entire stock of chocolate.
Peddled on to Zdiar on the eastern side of the high tatras procured a room and slept so deeply I nearly drowned.

Bike names
Just in case you're running out of names:
1)The Brassy Bollock Buster.
2)The Belly Boosted Bottom Basher.
3)The Non Bio Ankle Biter.
4)The Man Powered Muscle Maker.
5)The Food Fueled Ferrari Follower. (Downhill only.)
We'll leave it there as they're not as good
