It has been freezing cold at nights and it is hard to get out of the warm bed in the morning but it wasn't quite so cold this morning. We left about 10 am. The landscape is very interesting with many different colours and the GPS tells us we are about 1126 ft above sea level. We didnt travel far today - only 1 hour to Marla

I have stayed at my share of Road Houses in outback Australia and I find myself tonight at the Marla Roadhouse. In my humble opinion I believe it is the best, most well set out and maintained I have ever seen. It's a pleasure to be able to spend one night here
