So over the big city, BA has been good but there´s only so much traffic and pollution a girl can take. Great city. Far too much boozing. I am so ready to get back to nature and see these falls.

lil´entry from Simon...
Just had a fkin awesome day at Iguaza falls in Argentina!!!  they are truly amazing.  Was standing at the top of this "U" shape section of the falls with in the middle of a  2.5k wide river that plunges.  The hairs on the back of my neck were on end and I had shivers down my spine,  it is truly awesome.  On the upper falls we were gifted with a full rainbow over what paradise must look like, with palms and miles of waterfalls cascading from the jungle.  I could imagine unicorns and pegasus´s flying over this fantasy land.

**IGUAZU FALLS **
WOW nature is the best.
Iguazu falls are amazing.
Simon and I cannot believe someone bagged them recently, how could you. They are ordinary... COMPARED TO WHAT??!?!? . We had such low expectations as a friend told us he wasn{t coming becuase his friend said they were unipressive... SO NOT. we kept waiting for the ordinary bit.. and it didn{t come. Chris you must come!!!
Butterflies. Everywhere. So electric.
Birds. Everywhere. Simon was in heaven, I saw more motmots, lots of tropical long tailed electric coloured birds, we are back in the land of hummingbirds - YAY, kingfishers. No Toucans, damn, but the Brazilian side tomorrow, so there{s still hope.
Coatis which we have seen so many of at the zoo, they are tame in a bad bad way, stealing people{s food etc, but cute, becuase because novel, and stripey =)
Guinea pigs, a native species (wierd!) and larger species of guinea pig type animals.
Oh, and the falls themselves - WOW. I mean, I don{t have much to compare to, mostly in my life you trek miles through desert to find a rivulet falling down rocks and are awed, well I mean it is damned beautiful in Oz but I have been humbeld by the quantities of water flying through Iguazu today, and I reckon I have been to Victoria Falls in Africa and I don~t remember them being this grand either. Last week the Diablo bit was closed because the 1.1km walkway was washed away so there is heaps of water at the moment, very lucky as it makes it all the more impressive. The only downside being we couldn{t go across to ne of the islands to check out the falls as the water was too high, still there were enough vantage points to keep us occupied for the whole day. We walked for 6 hours in total awe.
And we{re in jungle again, I love the jungle, and it{s only mild weather so hardly any mozzies yay.
Even better, tomorrow, Brazil, I am looking fwd to it so, so much. Bring on the Caipirinhas.
Anyway Chris, get your ass here, it is amazing, don{t let anyone dissuade you, it{s something you should see while you{re here. And it{s waay warmer than Mendoza I{m sure =)
Big love, Jill and Simon.
Pix soon, they are being downloaded as we speak. They will inspire you to come here now I{m sure. We just sat and listened to the roar for ages, it was cool!
