Night One: Edinburgh, Scotland
My trip is just beginning but I'm already exhausted from explorations with Sarah. I got up early to finish packing - three weeks across Europe and climates all in one small backpack - quite a challenge. I met up with Lindsay to head to the bus station but Alex was sick so the boys stayed behind. I always love the Scottish countryside. I really wanted to point things out to Matt, being that this is where he comes from too, however they took a later bus. We hung out at the hostel all day, exploring while we waited for them. I'm so happy they made it. I just hope they are up for tomorrow. Edinburgh is lovely but being that its still Scotland, it doesn't feel foreign to me in the least bit. It's huge next to my wee Aberdeen. But we walked along the beach. Our hostel is on a coast and ocean is all I need.
