Finally arrived in Camrose after a hectic day of running around and organizing. Yesterday was nuts. So many details to take care of in preparation. We got away late but successfully connected with Celeste Tina in Camrose. So great to see her the adventure has started and the start to the festivities was the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band's kick off party

. A torrential downpour ended this concert, three songs in and the crowd squealed and ran for cover as the skies opened up and soaked us in an instant. the Red Solo Cup highlight of the weekend didn't happen!! We made it back to the campsite to dry off. Sounded like the concert started again after that but we didn't venture out again after we dried off.

By far my favorite evening of music. Rascal Flats did a fantastic job of closing a wonderful weekend.

Thank you to Lynne, All, Marguerite, Colleen and all those who organized this, put on a wonderful BBQ and breakfast and made my send off weekend an event to remember.
