o We stayed in Lockport, NY near the Erie Canal.
o We went to the Niagara Aquarium
o Then we rode Maid of the Mist, which is where they take you out on a boat right in front of the waterfalls.
o Then we got to do what's called "Cave of the Winds" which is where they let you walk down into the waterfalls. It was amazing.
o At night they light up the falls with lights and Canada shoots off fireworks.
n We went to the Erie Canal and learned about the locks. Then we drove all the way through New York, which is actually huge east-west!
