Guadalajara is beautiful! I explored the city with a couple of friends that I met today, and generally had a great time. We ate some tacos (I had one, they had six!!). My taco was beef...the only meat I understood on the menu, and it turns out they ordered tongue. hahaha. Crazy girls.



One of the girls and I have made plans to meet up on our way to Guatemala, so hopefully that will work out.

Tonight we went out to listen to a Mariachi concert and had dinner. I splashed out on 3$ pizza. Woohoo! I think we were all a little weirded out by the meat at lunch, so we went for something safe. haha. I really enjoy this city, although there isn´t much else in the way of things that interest me, so I´m moving on. I´m sad to be leaving the friends that I´ve made here, but tomorrow it´s on to Mexico City for the 16 September festivities & potential rioting. We´ll see...maybe I´ll witness a revolution!
